About Metline Casting
An aluminium sand casting foundry run on process discipline.
Every shop, from core making to final inspection, sits under one roof in Ribda, Gondal, Rajkot — built to hold tolerance and deliver on schedule.

Our Business
Manufacturing all types of aluminium castings.
Metline Casting manufactures aluminium castings for automobiles, tractors and trailers, earthmoving equipment, agriculture equipment and transmission components — cast to drawing or sample as supplied by the customer.
Metline Casting works in aluminium, casting and machining components to customer drawings or physical samples — with core making, sand casting, heat treatment, vacuum impregnation, blasting, grinding and VMC/CNC machining all handled in-house.
The foundry sits in the Rajkot district of Gujarat, in a region that has been casting metal for generations and now forms one of India’s largest engineering clusters. That location gives us mature local supply chains for patterns, alloy ingot and tooling, and it puts skilled foundrymen and machinists within reach — the two things a casting operation cannot buy its way around.
We are deliberately a focused shop rather than a large one. A single connected line from the core shop through to the VMC shop means a part stays under our control from the pour to the final dimensional check, and it means the person who answers a question about your casting has been standing next to it.
