Industries Served

Aluminium castings for nine industries.

From automotive assemblies to fire safety fittings, our castings are produced to drawing or sample across nine sectors — each with its own alloy, tolerance and finishing demands.

Sectors

Where our aluminium castings are used.

What changes between these sectors isn't the process — it's the alloy, the tolerance band and whether the part has to hold pressure. All nine run through the same eight-stage line.

01

Automobiles

Cast and machined aluminium components for automotive assemblies — housings, covers, brackets and mounting plates where weight saving over an iron casting is worth paying for.

02

Tractors & Trailers

Structural and hydraulic aluminium castings for tractor and trailer manufacturers: gearbox covers, linkage brackets, hydraulic housings and end caps built to take field duty and vibration.

03

Earthmoving Equipment

Durable aluminium parts for earthmoving machinery, typically cast in LM25 and heat treated to T6 where the component carries load.

04

Agriculture Equipment

Cast components engineered for demanding field conditions — dust, vibration and weather exposure — with corrosion-resistant alloys where the part sits outside.

05

Transmission Components

Precision-machined aluminium parts for drivetrain and transmission assemblies: bell housings, gearbox casings, bearing carriers and clutch covers held to bore and datum tolerance on our VMC line.

06

Fire Safety

Aluminium valve bodies, couplings and fittings for fire fighting systems, vacuum impregnated so they hold line pressure without weeping.

07

Lighting

Cast aluminium housings, heat sinks and pole fittings for lighting fixtures — aluminium's thermal conductivity pulls heat away from LED assemblies and extends fixture life.

08

Aerospace

Close-tolerance aluminium castings for ground support and non-flight-critical hardware, with 100% dimensional inspection against drawing before dispatch.

09

Marine

Corrosion-resistant aluminium castings for marine applications — pump bodies, seawater fittings and deck hardware, usually poured in low-copper LM6 for salt-water service.
